The outbreak of the pandemic at the end of 2019 provided the opportunity and impetus to play detective and amateur genealogist, and research our family, the de Leeuw's.  

The effort culminated in a book that was published mid 2022.  But the intention was never only to complete the book and leave it at that.  There is still so much history and family lore to curate and it is hoped this website will provide an opportunity for de Leeuw's around the world to contribute.
